Fitness Club is an after school program that meets in the fitness room. Our fitness room consists of machine weights, free weights, resistance bands, pull up bars and physio balls. These pieces of equipment are there for resistance training to help strengthen bones, tendons, ligaments and muscle. Our fitness room includes cardiovascular equipment that will help our students strengthen their heart are lungs. We have a variety of of cardio pieces that include the treadmills, ellipticals, jump ropes and a recumbant bike. Students are welcome to come in on any Tuesday or Thursday and blend both fitness programs together. Or they can program a fitness schedule where one day is cardio and the other is strength training.
Fitness club meets Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the fitness room in the gym.
