Fitness Club

Fitness Club provides an opportunity for students to exercise and improve their physical fitness.
During Fitness Club students will learn the importance of exercise and learn how to use the equipment in the fitness room. They will exercise to improve their cardio, strength, and muscle tone.
*Students should wear athletic clothing.*
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays (beginning Tuesday August 26 through May 14th)
Time: 3:50 to 5:10 PM
