Structuring Homework & Academic Time: Collaborating with Metropolitan State University and presenting ways to support being a successful student and develop life-long positive habits. Includes ISTM resources as well as online resources and information that can be utilized to use throughout the years.

Raising a Successful Teen: This workshop will focus on communication and tools that will allow you to reduce power struggles at home and help children take ownership of their own problems including peer conflicts, fights, and respect issues. Learn strategies to support them in making good choices for themselves.

Social Media: What Every Parent Should Know: A workshop that provides a broad overview of the way teens are using and misusing their phones and various internet-based technologies with a focus on cyberbullying, sexting, and unsafe social media practices. Learn ways adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance.

College & Career Exploration in Middle School: Counselor presentation in collaboration with a community representative. Featuring Naviance and the resources that Adams 12 Five Star Schools uses as students make high school and post-secondary plans.
