8th Grade Celebration & Last Day

8th grade Thornton Middle Families,

We are so excited to celebrate your student finishing 8th grade and heading off to high school next year.

On Wednesday, May 24th it is their last day of school and we have an awards ceremony planned for the morning that we want to invite you to attend! We also have fun activities for the rest of the day for them after the ceremony. You can choose to sign your student out after the awards ceremony in the gym with our office staff, or they can stay to enjoy activities with their peers until the end of the school day.

Ceremony Information:
Date:  Wednesday May 24th
Time:  9:30-11am
Location:  Thornton Middle School Gym
Who: All Family and Friends invited. 

8th grade students will arrive to school at normal time - 9:00am.  Should you choose to come to the ceremony please arrive to the gym at 9:15am.  Students will have a fun day after the ceremony and be released at normal time - 2:45pm.  You do have the option of checking them out for the day after the ceremony.
